All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
A spot is only confirmed once full payment is received.
Payment plans must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
No refunds for missed sessions due to scheduling conflicts, unless cancellation occurs by the organizer.
Respectful conduct is expected at all times during online and in-person sessions.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of workshop guidelines may result in removal without refund.
Participants are responsible for arriving on time and being prepared.
By participating in our workshops or sessions, you consent to being filmed or recorded for internal educational use.
You retain full rights to your demo reel footage unless otherwise discussed.
Act With Purpose may request permission to use certain clips for promotional purposes.
Act With Purpose, instructors, and partners are not liable for any injuries, lost items, or damages during in-person sessions.
Participants are responsible for their own safety, transportation, and equipment.
Dates and times are subject to change due to instructor availability or external circumstances.
Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner.
If an event is rescheduled, your registration will be valid for the new date.
By completing your purchase and checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
